Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Spin Wheelify (https://spin-wheelify.com), a free online spin-the-wheel generator and random picker (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Spin Wheelify lets you create a customizable spinning wheel, add options, spin for a random result, and (where available) save preferences in your browser. Features may include:

Creating and editing wheel entries
Spinning the wheel and viewing results
Local saving of wheel data in your browser
Optional account sign-in, documentation, or paid upgrades when offered

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts (If Enabled)

You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Your Content

“Your Content” includes text and other materials you enter into the wheel (names, prizes, notes, etc.).

You retain ownership of Your Content.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having any rights needed to use it.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Locally stored content remains on your device unless you use a feature that uploads or syncs it (if such a feature is offered).

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We may process it only as needed to provide the Service you request.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes, including illegal gambling where prohibited
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), or compromise the Service
Scrape, harvest, or access the Service by automated means in a way that harms availability or violates these Terms
Misrepresent outcomes of the wheel for fraud, deception, or unfair contests
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Upload malware or engage in abusive behavior toward the Service or other users

Randomness and Decision-Making Disclaimer

Spin Wheelify is provided for entertainment, education, classroom activities, events, and everyday decisions.

Results are generated by software randomness and are not guaranteed to be cryptographically suitable for every high-stakes use.
You are solely responsible for how you use results (raffles, contests, classroom picks, etc.), including compliance with local laws and platform rules.
We are not responsible for prizes, disputes between participants, or decisions you make based on a spin.

Intellectual Property

The Service—including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation—is owned by Spin Wheelify / spin-wheelify.com and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or exploit the Service’s code, branding, or materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable open-source licenses for third-party components.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.

Fees and Payments (If Applicable)

If paid plans, credits, or one-time purchases are offered:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPIN WHEELIFY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spin Wheelify, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of spin-wheelify.com, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved amicably, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
